How to Order.
Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, decide which item(s) you would like to order - if you wish to see an enlarged image, click on the thumbnail picture. Choose if you would like to include gift wrapping or engraving, then simply click on the Add to Cart button. After you have completed your selection, click on Go to Payments where you will be asked for the details we need, to be able to satisfy your order.
Remember you can shop in US Dollars or Euros if preferred. Just click on the icon at the top of the page.

Shipping and Handling:
All orders for UK addresses are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. You have the option to choose Free UK Delivery (up to 5 working days) or the Fast Delivery (48 hour) option. To Europe and most other parts of the world the goods are sent by airparcel postand will arrive in around 3-5 days. When entering the delivery address for the goods ordered, the software will automatically calculate the relevant shipping costs, based on weight and destination, and add it to the invoice. Please note that wherever possible we use a service that requires a signature on delivery.
We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order out to you within 2 to 4 working days. In the event of a longer delay we will advise you by e-mail, so please ensure we have your e-mail address. If you have an urgent order please e-mail or phone us first to confirm the stock position and whether we can meet your particular deadline.
If the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will back order it for you. In such cases you will always be emailed with the anticipated date of despatch. In the event that this date is unacceptable you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Credit Card Security:
All our site is fully encrypted and all credit card numbers are also automatically encrypted by Internet Payment Provider, Paypal, when your order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with any product you have purchased please return it undamaged in its original packaging within 15 days for a full refund of the product price plus VAT if applicable. All other refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
Please note that we are a family business and our annual holiday closure is from 30th July to 15th August. Whilst we welcome you orders during this period, if placed, they will not be processed until after 15th August.
